The Gods win the Norse Mythology Popularity Contest

I recently held a poll on my Facebook Author Page, and have to be honest, I was pretty disappointed that the Dragons didn’t win! I mean, who really wants to be a God or Goddess anyway (*sniff). So this is how it played out:

The Question:

If you had to choose, which mythological being from Norse Mythology would you be?

The Voting:

  • God – 9 votes
  • Dragon- 8 votes
  • Valkyrie – 1 vote ( sorry Bryn I went with Dragon)
  • Dwarf – 1 vote
  • Ulfr (werewolf) – 1 vote (Team Jacob people were nowhere to be found!)

The voting was neck and neck and for a short period I was very sure the Dragons would win! But alas, we were pipped at the post at the end.

  1. That’s hilarious! Also, it makes me want to post a Facebook poll…

I am all about the mead, but I think I’d like to observe most of those activities from a significant distance.

    1. Thanks for commenting Annabelle 🙂 Got to agree- Werewolves, and dangerous black birds are not my thing either- although I wouldn’t mind getting a close up view of an Aurora Borealis.. 🙂
